Returns
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Support@dioramaaquascape.com. Please include your order number and shipping zip code in your email.
Conditions for Return:
- Items must be in new, undamaged condition.
- Items must be returned in their original, protective packaging.
Restocking Fees:
A restocking fee will be applied to all returns:
- $10: Aquascape Starter Kits
- $50: Premade Aquascapes
Please note that damaged items may be subject to a higher restocking fee depending on the extent of the damage. You may be responsible for purchasing additional packaging if the original packaging is not suitable for return shipping.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Our customer service team will assist you with return shipping options, including prepaid labels in some cases.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once your returned items have been inspected at our warehouse.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Send clear photos or videos showing the damage to the shipping box and product to [email address removed]. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
